What is your guarantee/replacement policy?
AeroBed products carry a one year guarantee from the date of original purchase for mattress replacements and 3 -5 years on pumps/motors (depending on model type). In the unlikely event that you experience product failure within the warranty period, please return your product to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund. All retailers honour our guarantee as long as you have your proof or purchase receipt. If you purchased your AeroBed directly from our website. Please follow the instructions below:
Go to the spare parts section of our website, select the product that you have purchased, then select the spare part that you would like replaced. If there are no spare parts available for your product please contact us via the contact us page of our website. A member of our customer services team will reply to your query within 4 working days.
Please note that you will need to have a proof or purchase receipt for all replacements & refunds.
What do I do if I want to return an unopened product?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from the AeroBed product range but should you wish to return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase you should do so to the retail outlet that you made the purchase from. If you purchased directly from this web site then please contact us through the contact us section of this site. Please note that items not contained within the original packaging or that have been opened will not be accepted.
What's included with my AeroBed?
Each bed comes with its own electric pump, comfort control feature, durable storage bag, repair kit, & instruction manual. A mattress cover may be included on some models.
Will normal bedding fit on my AeroBed?
All AeroBeds are made to UK standard sizes: single, double or king size. Standard bedlinen will fit on any AeroBed the same as they would a normal bed.
Will my AeroBed go down in the night?
All AeroBeds are made of puncture-resistant, heavy-duty PVC with electronically welded seams for superior strength and durability. Each one is inflated and left for 24 hours before leaving the factory and will therefore not go down during the night.
Can I buy an extra cover for my AeroBed?
Yes you can purchase these through the spare parts section of the website under customer information, or go directly to the 'buy now' page, scroll down to the bottom and select 'covers'.
Which cover should I purchase for my Aerobed?
Specifically designed mattress covers that fit AeroBed products can be purchased separately via the
'buy now' section of our website. To view these covers, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'covers'. Please note however that if you have a raised product (same height as a traditional bed), you will need to purchase the cover specific to your product as they are slightly larger than the mattress covers. Please contact us via the contact us page of our website if you are unsure as to which cover you require.
What are the weight limits for AeroBed products?
Below are the sizes of AeroBed products and recommended maximum weight for each:
Single: 295kg (204kg for Raised products)
Double: 295kg (204kg for Raised products)
King: 340kg (272kg for Raised products)
I am travelling to a foreign country do you offer converters?
Aero Products does not recommend the use of power converting adapters with any of our products. Our products are designed for specific voltages only which is stated in each respective product instruction manual. Any use of converters with our products would be at your own risk. If your pump would become damaged by using a converter, a replacement would not be covered under warranty. If your travels take you to America, please contact www.aerobed.com to purchase pumps and motors with the appropriate voltage.
Can I recycle my AeroBed?
AeroBed products are WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Standard compliant; at the end of the product life please recycle your AeroBed in the correct way.
If you are unsure about steps to recycle and dispose of your product in an environmentally sound way please contact Aero Products International Ltd. directly for details and information on local organisations. Alternatively, all products that have reached their end use can be returned to Aero Products International Ltd. and they will be recycled free of charge.
Does my AeroBed contain any hazardous material?
AeroBed products are compliant with the RoHS (Restriction Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Standards, that means they do not contain hazardous materials as set out in the European Directive
Pumps
Can you use the AeroBed Active pump to inflate the bed while it is plugged in to the electrical socket? No, the AC adaptor charges the pump only. Once charged, you will need to remove the cord from the pump in order for it to run.
Does the car lighter attachment on the AeroBed Active pump charge the pump?
No, the car lighter attachment should only be used to run the pump instantly from the car, it will not charge the pump.
What voltage does the car lighter attachement use?
The pump produces 12 volts DC.
How long does it take to charge the AeroBed Active pump?
The pump must be charged for 24 hours for the very first charge. The pump then recharges fully in 12 hours (for best results, make sure that the pump is completely drained of power before recharging – do not overcharge).
Cleaning
How should I clean my AeroBed?
The approach to cleaning depends on which bed you have got.
For beds with a plush surface: Classic, Classic Raised, Classic Pillowtop Premier Classic, Premier Raised Pillowtop
We recommend that you do not let the plush surface of your AeroBed get wet. Repeated exposure to water or other liquids may cause damage to the plush surface that will not be covered by your guarantee. Should liquids come in contact with the plush surface, blot the liquid dry and use a damp cloth to remove any stain. Then let surface dry completely.
The PVC part of your AeroBed can be cleaned using soap and water or mild household cleaners. Do not use strong chemicals or other compounds. Allow your bed to air dry completely after cleaning and before storing.
AeroBed Premier Cotton
Your AeroBed Premier Cotton is constructed from quality cotton laminated to heavy-duty vinyl. For spot cleaning, use a clear liquid dish detergent without dye, clean tap water and clean absorbent white cloth. Wet the stained area to remove staining substance. Rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Allow your bed to air dry completely after cleaning and before storing.
AeroBed for Children
The AeroBed for Children can be cleaned using soap and water or mild household cleaners. Do not use strong chemicals or other compounds. Allow your bed to air dry completely after cleaning and before storing.
Cover/valance (if included)
The mattress covers and valances (if included) are all machine washable. Machine wash in warm water with a mild soap or detergent. Tumble dry on LOW HEAT. Remove immediately after drying.

If you require a spare part for your AeroBed, please visit the spare parts section of our website. You will need to identify the product you have purchased then select the part you require. Once you have selected the part, you will be taken through to a contact page where you will need to type in your contact details so that someone in our customers service team can contact you.
There are no spare parts available for my AeroBed what do I do?
Your AeroBed is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when you receive it. If your product is faulty and still within the warranty period stated in the instruction manual and there are no spare parts available, please return your AeroBed to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund if purchased through one of our retailers. if you have purchased your AeroBed directly from our website you will need to contact us via the contact us section of our web site. Someone in our customers team will respond to your enquirey withing 4 working days. We appologise for any inconvenience.
Our guarantees range from 1 - 5 years. To see whether your AeroBed is still within the warranty period, please refer to your instruction manual.
My AeroBed is leaking air, how can I fix this?
If you AeroBed is leaking air it could be because of one of the following possible reasons:
1. Air is leaking from the Air Release Valve.
If air is leaking from Air Release Valve, carefully remove the round black plastic gasket (or white silicone gasket, depending on model) inside the Air Release Valve cover.
Rinse this gasket in warm water for 10 minutes, then cool and towel dry.
Re-insert gasket in the valve cover, making certain that the side of the gasket with the U-shaped groove faces into the cover. Leave valve in open position for approximately 30 minutes. Then close and proceed with inflation instructions.
2. Air is leaking from a puncture or tear in the product.
If you have a puncture or tear in your product, it may be possible to repair the damage by using the Vinyl Repair Kit included with your product. Follow all instructions and heed all warnings included in the repair kit.

My Bed won't inflate, why could this be?
If you bed won't inflate, then there are two likely reasons for this…
1. The Air Release Valve is open.
If the valve is open, close it by using two thumbs to push cover and snap it into valve.
2. The pump/motor is not plugged in.
Plug pump/motor into any 220 Volt AC electrical outlet
How long will it take to process a refund?
We will process your refund as soon as possible. We aim to credit a refund to your account within 5 working days of receipt of your returned item. Please note however that there may be a small delay while your bank clears the credited funds.
Where can I purchase patch repair kits
Patch repair kits are included with every product sold. You can order additional patch repair kits through the spares parts section of the web site.
Delivery
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
You will receive your order within 4 working days between 9am and 5pm (working days only). You will also need to make sure that there will be someone there to sign for the product. Please provide a work address for delivery if this is best.
What do I do if I have been left a card by Citylink?
You will need to contact Citylink to arrange another delivery, alternatively you can pick up your product from your nearest Citylink depot. You will need to give them your consignment number (given on the card left). If you have more than 2 failed deliveries, you may be charged for a 3rd delivery.
Can I arrange to have a delivery made outside of the UK?
Please note that online orders can only be placed for delivery to a mainland UK address. To order product for delivery outside mainland UK or to request product for use in Continental Europe, please contact us through the contact us section of this site.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery cost is calculated per dispatch and is priced at £4.99 within mainland UK. Deliveries further a field will be charged at cost. Please contact us through the contact us section of this site for a quote.
